What you're buying

Claude Accounts is a small desktop utility for macOS and Windows that launches additional, isolated instances of the official Claude desktop application — one per account you own — using a standard application flag (--user-data-dir). It does not include, modify, or redistribute any Anthropic software, and it does not include any Claude account or subscription.

License

Your one-time payment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Claude Accounts on machines you own or control, for any number of accounts. The complete source code is included in the download for your inspection; you may modify it for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the product or its source.

Not an Anthropic product — and not a limits workaround

Claude™ is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. Claude Accounts is an independent, unofficial utility and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. It exists to manage separate accounts you legitimately hold (work, personal, team, client). It is not a tool for evading Anthropic's usage limits, account policies, or terms of service, and you are solely responsible for complying with Anthropic's terms for each of your accounts.

Updates & compatibility

The launcher relies on a standard but unofficial application flag; a future Claude desktop update could change its behavior. Launcher updates are free — re-download anytime from your receipt link. We aim to fix breakage promptly but cannot guarantee perpetual compatibility with software we don't control.

Warranty & liability

The product is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samic Ventures LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law grants you mandatory protections, those protections are unaffected.

Refund Policy

7 days, no questions asked. If Claude Accounts isn't for you, email info@deckspace.dev or reply to your Stripe receipt within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no reasons required.

Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Include the email you used at checkout (or your Stripe receipt number) so we can find the payment.
EU & UK consumers: you have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content, which you agree begins to be performed when you download the product. Our 7-day no-questions policy is in addition to — and never reduces — any statutory right you have, including the right to a refund where digital content is faulty.
Australian consumers: our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law; this policy doesn't limit those rights.

Privacy Policy

The app

The Claude Accounts app collects nothing. It has no telemetry, no analytics, no crash reporting, and makes no network connections of its own. Account profiles it creates live only on your machine. The included source code proves it.

The website & checkout

Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe shares with us your name, email, and payment status so we can deliver the download, issue refunds, and comply with tax law.
Delivery records: we keep Stripe checkout-session IDs to make your re-download link work and to count real sales. These contain no card data.
Install-guide email: if you ask us to email you the install guide, we store that address (outside the web root) to send the guide, answer your support requests, and send occasional product-update notices for Claude Accounts. No marketing lists, no sharing — and we delete it on request to info@deckspace.dev.
Server logs: our web host keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser user-agent, pages requested) for security and debugging, retained briefly and then discarded.
No tracking: this product page sets no analytics or advertising cookies and embeds no trackers (fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may see your IP address as a consequence).

We never sell or rent your data. We share it only with Stripe (payments), our web host (hosting), or if the law requires. For any privacy request — access, correction, deletion — email info@deckspace.dev and we'll handle it within 30 days.
