DeckShot is made by Samic Ventures LLC (Wyoming, USA). Short version: pay once, own it, everything runs on your Mac, and refunds are painless.

License

Your purchase grants a lifetime personal license to DeckShot — $24, one-time, no subscription.
One license activates on up to 2 Macs that you personally use. Switch Macs anytime by deactivating the old one in the app.
Teams: one license per person.
The license key is signed and verified offline; don't publish or resell it.
Updates within v1.x are included for free via your download link.

7 days, no questions asked. Email info@deckspace.dev from the address you paid with, and a real person will refund you promptly.

macOS 11 or newer. The app is signed and notarized.
macOS Screen Recording permission (macOS asks once — that's how any screenshot tool works).
To pipe screenshots into an agent: any coding agent that can read files by path — Claude Code is the natural fit — or any MCP client for the built-in MCP server. DeckShot adds no AI fees of its own and doesn't proxy, meter or mark up your usage.

DeckShot has no account system and no telemetry. Screenshots, annotations and OCR text stay on your Mac — OCR runs on-device, never in the cloud.
Your agent talks to its own provider directly under your own credentials, governed by that provider's terms. We never see your screenshots, prompts or code.
This website logs standard, anonymous page-view and click counts (no cookies, no personal profiles). Checkout is handled by Stripe; we receive your email to deliver the product.
Device activation stores a one-way hardware fingerprint (to enforce the 2-Mac limit) and your purchase email — nothing else.

Only capture screens and content you own or are authorized to capture.
macOS, Claude and other marks belong to their respective owners. DeckShot is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or Anthropic.
