Terms, Refunds & Privacy
DeckSpace is made by Samic Ventures LLC (Wyoming, USA). Short version: a simple subscription, cancel anytime, we don't collect your data, and refunds are painless.
Subscription & billing
- DeckSpace Pro is a subscription: $24/month or $228/year, billed by Stripe.
- It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime — use the manage/cancel link on your Stripe receipt, or email info@deckspace.dev and we'll do it for you the same day.
- When you cancel, you keep full access to the end of the period you already paid for, plus a 7-day grace window — then the app simply stops accepting activation and no further charges occur.
- If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries automatically; access continues through the same 7-day grace window while it does.
License
- Your subscription grants a personal license to DeckSpace Pro for the Macs you personally use (up to 2 Macs at a time; you can deactivate one to move to another).
- Your license key is a permanent identity — it stays the same across renewals and re-installs. It's signed and verified offline; don't publish or resell it.
- Teams: one subscription per person — or email us for a team key.
- App updates are included while your subscription is active, via your download link.
Refunds
7 days, no questions asked on any new subscription or renewal charge. Email info@deckspace.dev from the address you paid with, and a real person will refund you promptly.
Privacy
- DeckSpace has no account system and no telemetry. Your Claude sessions, prompts, and data stay between your Mac and the services you sign in to.
- License activation sends only your license key and an anonymous device identifier to our server — nothing about what you do in the app.
- This website logs standard, anonymous page-view and click counts (no cookies, no personal profiles). Checkout and billing are handled by Stripe; we receive your email to deliver the product.
