Open your Stripe customer portal to update a card, switch between monthly and annual, or cancel. Access stays until the paid period ends.

There is no account to log in to. Your licence key and the email you paid with are how billing and support recognise you.
Re-send your licence key
Enter the email you paid with and your personal link — licence key plus download — goes out again to that address.

Email reaches a person at info@deckspace.dev, and the reply comes from that address.
