๐Ÿ”‘ License, billing & devices

Your license key is permanent โ€” the same key survives renewals and reinstalls. Lost it? Re-send it to the email you paid with.

Each license covers 2 Macs (Team: 2 per seat). Free a seat in the app: Settings โ†’ Plan & License โ†’ Remove.

Upgrade, switch monthly/annual, update your card, or cancel from Settings โ†’ Plan & License โ†’ Manage billing โ€” it opens your secure Stripe portal. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period.

Deck Complete includes DeckVoice, DeckTest & Claude Accounts while subscribed; their keys arrive with your welcome email (re-send above).

๐Ÿ”„ Updates

Release history: deckspace.dev/changelog.

๐ŸŽ› macOS permissions

Voice features ask for Microphone once; system-wide dictation also needs Accessibility and Input Monitoring (System Settings โ†’ Privacy & Security). The Voice room's Permissions section deep-links to the right pane; grant, then quit and reopen DeckSpace.

First launch says it "can't verify the developer"? Right-click DeckSpace โ†’ Open โ†’ Open (just once).

๐Ÿ›  Troubleshooting

"Subscription ended" on launch โ€” renew from that screen (or Manage billing); your key stays the same.

Activation fails โ€” paste the whole key (it's long). "Already active on 2 Macs" โ†’ remove a device on the other Mac first.

An agent won't start โ€” check its CLI is installed and on PATH; test it in a plain terminal pane.

Offline โ€” a verified Mac keeps working for up to 30 days between license checks.
